In a constantly changing environment and an age of new technologies and gaming experiences gambling providers must assess how they can innovate – both to meet the demands of a changing marketplace and to provide the highest standards of customer care.
In this session, Nadine from The Australasian Gaming Council (AGC) will provide an overview of the Australian gambling landscape, discussing what responsible gambling looks like right now, some of the recent developments in this area and where we may look in future.
